At Ember, Ivory & Rose, we believe in cultivating beauty with care, grace, and transparency. To ensure the highest standard of service and satisfaction, we’ve outlined our policies and provisions below.
📦 Orders & Booking
All seasonal porch packages are custom-curated and require at least 5 days’ notice. Once booked, your date is reserved and your styling experience is exclusively yours. Due to the limited nature of our designs and materials, we do not accommodate same-day requests.
💳 Payments
Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and secure online transactions. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details and styling expectations.
🎃 Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that life happens. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future date. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled setup are non-refundable, as your materials will have already been secured and styled.
🧹 Porch Preparation
Please ensure your front porch area is clean, accessible, and ready for styling on the day of your scheduled setup. We kindly ask that pets and children remain indoors during styling for safety.
🌿 Styling & Design
Each package includes a custom layout designed to complement your unique porch or entryway. No two installs are identical—every Ember, Ivory & Rose design is intentionally styled with heirloom charm and seasonal elegance.
🛠️ Liability
While we take the utmost care in setup, Ember, Ivory & Rose is not responsible for damage caused by pets, weather, tampering, or theft after installation. We recommend bringing delicate items indoors during inclement weather.
💐 Removal & Pickup
Pickup and removal are not included unless otherwise arranged. If you'd like a post-season removal option, please inquire at booking for an additional fee.
📄 Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final once installation is complete. Due to the seasonal and custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges after setup.
If your installation cannot proceed due to weather, access issues, or cancellation within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, please refer to our cancellation terms above.
