We recommend booking at least 5–7 days in advance to ensure availability and to give our team time to curate your perfect autumn display. Our calendar fills quickly during peak season (late September through November), so the earlier the better!
Most porch styling installs take 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the package size and porch layout. We’ll handle everything from layout to final touches — all you need to do is enjoy the magic once it's finished.
Yes! We offer both weekday and limited weekend installations, depending on our schedule. Be sure to book early if you prefer a weekend time slot.
Absolutely! Every pumpkin, hay bale, and gourd is yours to keep. These are not rentals — they're heirloom-quality fall elements to enjoy all season long.
We serve most of Kitsap County with delivery available to surrounding areas for an additional fee. If you're unsure whether we serve your location, just reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
Yes — while our packages are beautifully curated for convenience, we’re happy to discuss custom arrangements if you’re looking for something unique. Whether it's a baby shower entry, a boutique storefront, or something wildly whimsical, we’ll bring your vision to life.
At this time, removal is not included, but we do offer it as an optional add-on service. Let us know when booking if you’d like us to return at the end of the season to collect and dispose of your pumpkins.
Pacific Northwest weather is part of the charm! We install in most conditions — rain or shine — but will reschedule if extreme weather poses safety or setup concerns. We'll always reach out if we anticipate delays.
Cancellations made 72 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
